My recent curiosity/obsession with nic salts started with the desire to vape in a controlled environment without annoying non-vapers with massive cloud bursts (i.e. work). A corporate environment may not verbally frown on vaping, but walking outside with a massive box-mod might not be the best visual impression (no matter how hard I might try to conceal it in front of customers).
I didn’t realize Beard Vape Co had released a salt nic line and was quite pleased when I discovered this. This one in particular caught my eye.
“One of the most popular E-liquids on the market, NO. 32, is a delicious cinnamon funnel cake that put Beard Vape Co. on the map. Tested against 99 other flavors during it’s creation, NO. 32 quickly became the favorite; first, around Venice, CA., where Beard calls home, and since, around the world.
The perfect all day vape, one hit and you’ll swear you were waiting in line for bumper cars at the county fair. NO. 32 embodies every last crumb of a cinnamon and sugar covered fried pastry, hot and fresh from the concession stand. And like every Beard Vape Co. product, each bottle is meticulously crafted to perfection. Find out for yourself why NO. 32 is one of the best E-liquids in the world, just remember to stock up because we guarantee you’ll run out quickly.”
Packaging: Whether you go for the regular bottle or the salt nic, the design is pretty much the same. A bearded man with a pair of sunglasses above the Beard Vape logo (or Beard Salt). The “No. 32” floats just to the left of his head. While the far right side of the label featured all relevant ingredients and warnings, the far left side featured a massive FDA warning in big bold letters.
Flavor: While the flavor profile might not be as complex as some things on the market, I’d like to think the flavor experience with both regular and salt versions to be pretty much the same. Does this have cinnamon? Yes. Does it have that cakey consistency of a funnel cake? Yes. The cinnamon isn’t too overpowering but the funnel cake flavor doesn’t seem to give much in the way of texture (unless you can eat clouds, and I’d pay to see that!) Instead this comes across as more of a snickerdoodle cookie, which still isn’t a terrible choice. Even though I have barely scratched the bottle with my salt device, I don’t think I’ll be able to put this on hold for a while!
Cloud Production: Even though clouds aren’t really something to consider with a salt nic flavor, I still feel like the regular flavor went old school with the 60/40 blend. That shows the company as a whole is thinking more about flavor than winning cloud comps (and in reality, isn’t it the flavor that keeps us off cigarettes to begin with??)
Bottle Size: 30ml (salt), 60ml glass (regular)
Nicotine Strength: 30/50 (nic strength) – 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg regular
Final Thoughts: I have always liked Beard Vape Co. and feel that their approach to the business has always been as consistent as their beards are full. Good quality without compromising integrity, and this matches very well with their branding.
If you guys want to pick this up, I did find some really good prices at Vapor4Life. Click the link here and check out all of the Beard Vape Co flavors (including salt nic).
