Juice Review: Aramai from Scripted Liquid

Scripted Liquid took a slightly different approach to their liquid names, instead focusing on the names of “lost” writing.  Aramai is short for aramaic, a long lost language that dates back to the 8th century BCE.  And with that more dignified name comes a very sophisticated flavor profile, consisting of cranberries and champagne mixed with a menthol flavor.

Packaging: The first major note to this is the carton.  A solid black background with a copper lettering style, showing the logo on the front.  The right side shows the nic strength, flavor name, and flavor profile.  The far back shows the Prop 65 warning, ingredients, bottled by info, and a few warnings about age restriction and not selling to minors (it shouldn’t be said…but thankful for those that do!)

Flavor: If you read the flavor description and see the word “menthol”, you instantly flash back to the worst menthol flavor you tried.  How the cooling was too powerful and overshadowed the rest of the flavor experience….

That simply doesn’t happen here.  Think instead of an ingredients list on the side of a food you are buying.  The first flavor is the most prominent, followed by the lesser, etc.  The cranberry on this is crisp and mixes quite nicely with a champagne flavor that’s not too bitter or pungent.  Mix this with just a touch of menthol and you get a damn fine cocktail drink.  Whether it’s a mimosa or a poinsettia cocktail remains to be debated, but this has all the makings for a solid flavor that you can vape all day.

Cloud Production: This performs like an 80/20 blend, with some pretty impressive cloud production and a slightly more viscous consistency fit for a dripper.  My cotton survived the apocalypse pretty well too, which is always a plus in my book.

Bottle Size: 60ml

Nicotine Strength: 0mg, 3mg, 6mg

Final Thoughts: You know, it’s not every day that you encounter a cocktail flavor quite like this.  I was initially turned off by reading the word “menthol” (as I’m sure most of you probably were as well), but the fine folks at Scripted Liquid have crafted such a unique blend that you won’t find anywhere else.  Even if the flavors aren’t necessarily in your flavor profile, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.
