So I get home late last week and see a package sitting in my mailbox. I wasn’t expecting anything, so the question marks started popping up over my head. Inside was a small tester bottle for Bankroll #8 (described as “Almond-Coconut-Hint of Tobacco”) and a note. The note was thanking me for writing about these guys in the past. Despite the name and the marketing gimmick, it’s gestures like this that really show what these guys are truly about. They changed the questionable IP marketing and continue to push pretty decent juice at a fair price.
So of course, I didn’t want to pass up the chance to share some info on this for you guys.
I tested this on the Exus Ark 200W box mod (review coming soon). D-Pro from Coil Art RDA, with 0.35 ohm resistence.
Flavor: The initial thought on this one was that this is going to be super sweet. The aroma almost reminds me of a birthday cake, complete with vanilla icing. I had feared for my cotton and my sweet tooth. The truth is that this really wasn’t nearly as sweet as I had thought. The coconut and almond combination gave a full bodied flavor with a touch of sweetness that’s unlike anything else that utilizes this flavor profile. The tobacco is the all too familiar southern tobacco (if you tried Overdraft, you know what I’m talking about).
Cloud Production: This 70/30 blend has some pretty impressive clouds! Your cotton will take a pretty good hit, though (if the sweet aroma is any indication).
Bottle Size: 60ml
Nicotine Strength: 0mg, 3mg, 6mg
Final Thoughts: I am still quite impressed with this. It’s a step up from Overdraft (which I enjoyed immensely). The tobacco takes on a different twist that gives more character than what was initially in Overdraft. While some may not be too fond of the flavor, I feel that for me this would be a perfect go-to flavor on those days where my sweet tooth and my nic fits need to collide and not end up with a cigarette in my mouth.
Bankroll #8 is $15. You can check this out, or any of the other awesome 120ml BOGO bottles by clicking the banner below.
