When I found out that my good friends at Overtime had something special up their sleeves, I wasn’t expecting this. Once they took a few other “local” favorites and released them online, the curiosity immediately took off. This one in particular has been on the tips of everyone’s tongue and has surpassed the initial buzz of Vacation Day.
Punch the Clock is a “Peach Razz Cactus Coolata” flavor. I wouldn’t put those flavors together at first, but the result is…well….let’s start at the beginning.
Packaging: The first big deal was the label redesign, featuring a clock wearing a business suit (I think they said his name is Sam, but don’t quote me on that). This is featured against a pinkish peach colored background with cacti in the background. The far left side of the label features the nicotine strength, PG/VG ratio, and flavor profile. The far right features all relevant warnings, ingredients, etc.
Flavor: The aroma accentuates the sweet peach flavor at the very beginning and helps to give an introduction to the flavor that’s about to commence. This is has a combination of a candy and a fresh peach flavor, mixed with a red raspberry. This pairing is then drenched in cactus and coolata. The result reminds me a great deal of a peach green tea drink that has steeped over ice for a significant amount of time. It’s a very refreshing flavor, quenching your thirst like you actually did just finish a cool summer beverage.
Cloud Production: 80/20 blend, this has some very solid cloud production. Cotton gunking occurs just a little bit, but the flavor still maintains presence quite nicely.
Bottle Size: 60ml
Nicotine Strength: 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg
Final Thoughts: I think it’s safe to say that this borderlines on my flavor profile, not on the fruit essence but more on the beverage side. Do I enjoy this vape? Absolutely! Would I vape it everyday? Probably not. But it’s something that I feel I would want to keep handy in my arsenal just in case I want something a little more thirst quenching than most of the other vapes I tend to keep around.
