Mixology 101: Peach Cobbler with 50 Shades of Custard

One of the highlights of 50 Shades of Custard is where they strongly suggest mixing their flavors to create something more.  The Sexy Six sampler features a flavor card that suggests mixing ratios in creating something totally new to their lineup.  This one intrigued me as the first of only two juice suggestions that uses Cinnamon Sommore.  The card suggested 2/3 Penelope Peach along with 1/3 Cinnamon Sommore.

The result?

A baked crust that encompasses a cinnamon sugar high note.  The exhale is a sweet baked peach cobbler that is filled out by the custard base, which really gives this one some awesome depth.  I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable crust on this, but this has much more of a homemade taste than any other cobbler flavor I have tried (of which..well…there’s not many).
